Tzipi Livni, Soon-To-Be-PM?

Tzipora Malka "Tzipi" Livni (Hebrew: ציפורה מלכה "ציפי" לבני‎, born 5 July 1958 in Tel Aviv, Israel) is presntly Israel'sForeign Affairs Minister and the soon to be president of Israel. If the polls are accurate she will win this election.

Hammas is appropriately shaking in there boots. According to the Washington Post although the far right candidate Netanyahu held a sizable lead for most of the campaign, Livni has nearly closed the gap in recent days.

The party she leads is Kadima which was formed by Prime Minister Ariel Sharon after he formally left the right-wing Likud party on 21 November 2005, to establish a new party which would grant him the freedom to carry out his policy of unilateral disengagement plan - removing Israeli settlements from Palestinian territory and fixing Israel's borders with a prospective Palestinian state.
