WASHINGTON – RNC Chairman Michael Steele will hold a press conference tomorrow before participating as a panelist at the State of the Black Union, hosted by well-known leader of the African-American community, Tavis Smiley. This year’s 10th anniversary of the symposium is entitled, “Making America As Good As Its Promise,” where panelists will have constructive conversations about how to bring together every American citizen. Michael Steele also attended the event in 2007, but it is the first time an RNC Chairman has ever participated.
