Personal Invitation to join Majority Leader Eric Cantor, Sunday, December 11th, (Boca Raton, FL.)

Dear HHR Readers,

I am inviting you to an event I am working on in support of Congressman Eric Cantor.

If you haven’t yet met our friend, Eric Cantor, I am sure you will enjoy meeting him as much as he is looking forward to meeting you at the upcoming reception on December 11th. I have attached the details for your review. Please make plans to join us.

As you know, Eric was elected Majority Leader for the 112th Congress

Through his leadership, the Republican House has stopped tax increases, prevented further restrictive regulations on businesses and changed the debate in Washington from one of how much they can spend to how much government can shrink.

He is working hard to deliver on the commitment of passing legislation to spur private sector job growth and restore fiscal responsibility. He is working to reduce the uncertainty that has pushed capital to the sidelines and once again begin incentivizing job creation in this country.

In addition to our continued economic struggles, America also faces serious national security challenges. That is why Eric knows we must make clear priorities in Washington, and ensure Israel has the resources it needs to defend herself. Eric knows the best way to do that is by standing together with democratic allies like Israel in defense of freedom.

America has many allies who serve a strategic purpose. But while those relationships are grounded in shared ideals and shared aspirations, they are only as durable as the government in power. Support for these ideals, and for the US-Israel relationship has always been a bipartisan effort in Congress. We must continue to ensure that the essential issues rise above partisan politics and that we continue working together on behalf of our shared principles.

Cantor served on the powerful House Ways and Means Committee, where he was a proven advocate for America’s working families. He was the chief sponsor of a 2006 bill to make permanent the slashed individual income tax rates for capital gains and dividends, rewarding entrepreneurs, retirees and investors with the ability to create more opportunity for their families and jobs for our communities.

He also quickly earned a reputation as an innovator in health care, fighting for greater choice for families. He authored the Tax Relief and Health Care Act of 2006, which made it easier for families to save for their health care needs through Health Savings Accounts. The legislation became law in late 2006.

As former Chairman of the Congressional Task Force on Terrorism and Unconventional Warfare, Cantor remains focused on promoting a strong national defense, providing needed resources for our nation’s military and intelligence communities.

Our country is at a critical crossroads. One path will take us toward an unrecognizable America and the other will restore us to a land of opportunity and prosperity.

ERICPAC is determined to take our country back. In 2008, citizens across the country voted for change. ERICPAC is committed to real change- change that will right the ship and return our country to prosperity.

Looking forward to you joining us on December 11th. Event CO-HOST and Sponsor opportunities are available. Your support will help Eric continue his work in Washington.
