NYC Hurricane Irene: Evacuation Information

New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg has ordered the mandatory evacuation of people in ZONE A of NYC and all of the Rockaways. Shelters will be open by 4 p.m. Friday. Evacuations were underway as early as Friday morning in other locations of the tristate.
